Add White Wine Vinegar (1 Tbsp) to warm Olive Oil (120 mL). Add Red Chili Peppers (to taste), and Green Chili Peppers (to taste). Then add Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) mix well and chill for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
