Hi, I'm Anjali. Though I wish to cater to all kinds of palates, you’ll mainly find the Indian cuisine here, especially Malabari (North Kerala) style, as that’s where my roots, trunk and branches are.

step 1
Cut Eggs (3) in half. Mix together Chili Powder (1/2 tsp), Ground Turmeric (1/4 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Rice Flour (1 tsp), and Salt (to taste), then slowly roll the egg in the powder mixture. Be careful while doing this as there is a chance that the yolk gets separated.
