Step 1
Marinate the Beef (500 g) adding Red Chili Powder (8 g) , Ground Turmeric (2 g) , and Salt (to taste) . Keep it aside for thirty to fortyfive minutes. Add required water and pressure cook the beef well.
Step 2
To a pan add Oil (15 mL) . To this add Fresh Ginger (10 g) and Garlic (15 g) and saute for some time. Then add chopped Onions (2) , Green Chili Peppers (5) , and Tomatoes (2) . Saute till the onion cooks well. To this add Ground Coriander (4 g) , Garam Masala (8 g) , Red Chili Powder (8 g) and saute.
