Add the Almonds (300 g) to a container. Then add Water (to taste) until all almonds are completely covered and soak for 10 minutes.

Drain the almonds and start to peel each almond using your fingers. The skin should come out easily. Once all almonds are peeled place them in a tray evenly spread out and let to dry overnight.

Next day when all the almonds are completely dry, blitz them little by little in a food processor until getting an almost fine flour.
