Steam the Carrots (150 g) and Sweet Corn (125 g) for ten minutes. Once cooled well, add a bit of milk and grinf to a fine paste.

Boil the Whole Milk (720 mL) well and let it reduce. Once it cools a bit, add the carrot sweet corn paste, Sweetened Condensed Milk (375 g) and Vanilla Essence (2 dashes). Mix well.

Strain the mixture and let it cool well. Pour the mixture to a mixi and beat .

Keep in freezer for around four hours and then again pour to a mixer and beat well. This will allow to reduce the formation of ice crystals. Now our to popsicle moulds and let it set well. Once completely set remove from popsicle moulds and serve. If you do not have popsicle moulds pour to a container and scoop and serve.
