Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Toss the Canned Pinto Beans (215 g) , McCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix (to taste) , Lime (1/2) , Zucchini (1) , and Mushrooms (5) in a bowl and mix.
Step 2
Cook the mixture in a pan with Vegan Chicken Strips (to taste) for about 5 minutes on medium-medium high heat.
Step 3
Lay out Street Taco Tortillas (5) and divide the mix evenly on top of each tortilla.
Step 4
Garnish with Fresh Cilantro (to taste) , Queso Fresco (60 g) , Avocado (1) , and Hot Sauce (to taste) . Fold in half and serve.
