In a skillet heat Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) and sauté Cherry Tomatoes (300 g) with Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 pinch), Dried Oregano (1 tsp), Garlic (1 clove) and Capers (to taste) for 1 minute on medium-high heat.
