Wash Basmati Rice (380 g) , strain and keep aside.
Step 2
To a pan add Oil (3 Tbsp) , Onions (3) and sautee till it becomes soft. Add Fresh Ginger (1 Tbsp) , Garlic (1 Tbsp) , and Green Chili Peppers (4) . Sautee till the raw smell goes away. Add Tomato (1) and cook well.
