Step 1
Whisk
Canola Oil (120 mL)

Soy Sauce (60 mL)

Creamy Peanut Butter (80 g)

Pure Maple Syrup (60 mL)

Toasted Sesame Oil (15 mL)

Sesame Seeds (9 g)
together until blended and set aside.
Step 2
Slice the
Firm Tofu (1 pckg)
piece into 6 long slices. Add a little
Oil (as needed)
to the pan and cook each side of tofu for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 3
Steam the
Sweet Corn (2 ears)
in a covered dish in 2 inches of water in a microwave oven for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked.
Step 4
Cut corn off of the cob, fill
Whole Wheat Tortillas (1 pckg)
with tofu, corn,
Green Cabbage (240 mL)
,
Red Onions (40 g)
,
Fresh Cilantro (to taste)
, and
Grape Tomatoes (to taste)
and top with peanut dressing.
