Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Whisk Canola Oil (120 mL) , Soy Sauce (60 mL) , Creamy Peanut Butter (80 g) , Pure Maple Syrup (60 mL) , Toasted Sesame Oil (15 mL) , Sesame Seeds (9 g) together until blended and set aside.
Step 2
Slice the Firm Tofu (1 pckg) piece into 6 long slices. Add a little Oil (as needed) to the pan and cook each side of tofu for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 3
Steam the Sweet Corn (2 ears) in a covered dish in 2 inches of water in a microwave oven for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked.
Step 4
Cut corn off of the cob, fill Whole Wheat Tortillas (1 pckg) with tofu, corn, Green Cabbage (240 mL) , Red Onions (40 g) , Fresh Cilantro (to taste) , and Grape Tomatoes (to taste) and top with peanut dressing.
