Step 1
In a medium-size bowl, stir together
Mayonnaise (55 g)

Step 2
Gently stir in
Canned Tuna (1 can)
and
Canned White Beans (200 g)

Step 3
Spread out 2-3
Butter Lettuce (to taste)
overlapping each leaf to create a solid surface for the salad.
Step 4
Mound an approximate 1/3 cup of tuna,
Pea Shoots (to taste)
, and bean salad onto the center of the lettuce bed.
Step 5
Wrap lettuce around the salad, tucking in the ends as you roll, much like a cabbage roll. Cut in half and serve immediately.
