Step 1
Preheat oven to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C). Spray a large baking tray with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)

Step 2
In a large bowl toss together the
Raw Almonds (145 g)

Raw Cashews (125 g)
,
Pecan Halves (150 g)
, and
Raw Peanuts (145 g)
.
Step 3
In a medium bowl whisk together
Maple Syrup (80 mL)
,
Brown Sugar (55 g)
,
Large Egg White (1)
,
Water (15 mL)
,
Chinese Five Spice Powder (9 g)
, and
Sea Salt (3 g)
. Pour the syrup mixture over the nuts and stir to coat evenly.
Step 4
Spread nuts evenly on a large baking tray.
Step 5
Bake for 60 minutes, turning every 15 minutes. If using
Dried Cherries (120 g)
, stir them in halfway through the baking time.
Step 6
Remove from oven and loosen from the baking tray. Allow the nuts to cool completely before breaking apart.
