Step 1
Cut the
Russet Potatoes (905 g)
into ½-inch lengthwise pieces, and make sure they are even. Soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
In a small mixing bowl, mix together
Salt (3 g)

Ground Black Pepper (as needed)
, and
McCormick® Garlic Powder (as needed)
.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, add
Mayonnaise (115 g)
,
Ketchup (15 g)
,
Sriracha (40 g)
,
Brown Sugar (7 g)
, and 1 Tbsp of
Lime Juice (1)
. Mix until well combined.
Step 4
Drain and pat dry the potatoes with paper towels. Place in a mixing bowl, and toss evenly with
Cooking Oil (15 mL)
.
Step 5
Place potatoes into an Air-Fryer basket. Air fry at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 12-15 minutes. Give it a shake halfway through.
Step 6
After 12 minutes, pull out the basket, sprinkle with seasoning, and toss evenly with the rest of the
Cooking Oil (30 mL)
. Continue cooking for 10-12 minutes more, depending on the thickness of the fries, or until golden brown.
Step 7
Serve hot with spicy mayonnaise and
Ketchup (to taste)
