Step 1
In a medium bowl, add the sifted
All-Purpose Flour (250 g)
and mix in
Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend Mix of Stevia Sweetener and Cane Sugar (25 g)

Baking Powder (10 g)
,
Ground Cinnamon (5 g)
, and
Salt (10 g)
. Set aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl, beat the
Egg Whites (2)
until stiff. Set aside.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, beat the Egg Yolks well and stir in the
Non-Fat Milk (300 mL)
and
Canola Oil (80 mL)
.
Step 4
Add sifted dry ingredients to the yolk mixture but lightly mix until just moist.
Step 5
Fold in the egg whites.
Step 6
Gently mix in the
Apple (1)
.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated waffle maker until golden brown, approximately 4-5 minutes.
