Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Step 2
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mash the Banana (1) with a fork.
Step 4
Stir in Truvia® Original Calorie-Free Sweetener from the Stevia Leaf Spoonable (25 g) , Water (15 mL) , Vanilla Extract (10 mL) , and Salt (2 g) . Mix until all dissolves.
Step 5
In a separate medium bowl, stir together the Oats (180 g) , Pumpkin Seeds (30 g) , Quinoa (20 g) , Chia Seeds (20 g) , Sunflower Seeds (20 g) , Flaxseeds (20 g) , Walnut Pieces (15 g) , Dried Cranberries (15 g) , and Coconut Oil (15 mL) .
Step 6
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Step 7
Spread out the granola onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 8
Bake for 35-40 minutes, careful not to over bake.
Step 9
Let cool on the baking sheet.
Step 10
Store in an airtight container.
