Step 1
To make the Hoisin-Style Sauce, place the
Truvia® Sweet Complete® Brown With a Hint of Molasses (25 g)
,
Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce (120 mL)
,
Creamy Peanut Butter (80 g)
,
Rice Vinegar (20 mL)
,
Sesame Oil (10 mL)
,
Hot Sauce (10 mL)
,
Garlic (2 cloves)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (as needed)
in a sealable jar, shake until well combined. Set aside.
Step 2
To make the meatballs, in a large bowl, combine the
Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2)
,
Panko Breadcrumbs (35 g)
,
Scallions (4)
(whites only),
Garlic (3 cloves)
,
Fresh Ginger (4 g)
,
Sesame Oil (10 mL)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1 g)
. Whisk until well blended.
Step 3
Add the
Extra Lean Ground Turkey (455 g)
and
Extra Lean Ground Beef (225 g)
and mix thoroughly using clean hands.
Step 4
Form into 12 large meatballs or 24 small meatballs.
Step 5
Add 1 tablespoon of
Oil (15 mL)
to the electric pressure cooker or multicooker. Press SAUTÉ and brown the meatballs, about 2 minutes per side. When brown, press CANCEL.
Step 6
Pour in half of the Truvia Hoisin Style Sauce and
Water (120 mL)
into the pot. Cover with the lid and turn the valve to SEALING.
Step 7
Cook on high for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Carefully relieve the pressure and open the lid.
Step 9
Transfer to a platter and brush on the remaining sauce.
Step 10
Top with the green parts of the scallion.
