Finely mince the Fresh Ginger (2 g) .

Finely mince the Garlic (2 cloves) .
Step 3
Slice the Onion (1/2) .

In a small mixing bowl combine Gochujang (45 g) , Korean Chili Flakes (15 g) , Soy Sauce (15 mL) , Granulated Sugar (10 g) , Garlic, Ginger, Sesame Oil (15 mL) , and Corn Syrup (15 mL) .
Step 5
Mix well.
Step 6
In a large mixing bowl combine Pork (455 g) with the sauce.
Step 7
Mix well to coat all the pork slices with the sauce evenly.
Step 8
Drizzle Canola Oil (15 mL) into the skillet and place it over medium-high heat. Place pork over the skillet and add the sliced onion on top.
Step 9
When they sizzle, start tossing everything to cook evenly all the way or until the pork is fully cooked and onions are soft, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 10
Serve hot with a bowl of rice.
