Finely mince the

Soy Sauce (15 mL)

Corn Syrup (15 mL)

Step 6
In a large mixing bowl combine
Pork (455 g)
with the sauce.
Step 7
Mix well to coat all the pork slices with the sauce evenly.
Step 8
Drizzle
Canola Oil (15 mL)
into the skillet and place it over medium-high heat. Place pork over the skillet and add the sliced onion on top.
Step 9
When they sizzle, start tossing everything to cook evenly all the way or until the pork is fully cooked and onions are soft, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 10
Serve hot with a bowl of rice.
