Step 1
Remove the stems from the
Large Portobello Mushrooms (2)
and scrape the gills out.
Step 2
Divide the
Worcestershire Sauce (15 mL)
evenly on the insides of the portobello mushrooms (2) caps. Sprinkle with
Steak Seasoning (to taste)
. Allow to marinate while preheating a grill pan or an outside grill.
Step 3
Prepare the
Hamburger Buns (2)
by dividing them in half, then spritzing or brushing them with a bit of olive oil and sprinkling them with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 4
Grill the Portobello Mushroom until soft and well marked, about 7 minutes per side.
Step 5
Before serving, add a slice of
Cheese (to taste)
and allow to melt.
Step 6
In the last 3 minutes of grilling, toast the insides of the buns until lightly golden.
Step 7
Serve the burgers on the toasted buns with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
