Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), then spray the inside of 3-4 jars with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the Eggs (8) , Milk (120 mL) , Cheese (20 g) , Fresh Spinach (240 mL) , small cuts of the Breakfast Sausage Links (6) , Salt (1 dash) , and Ground Black Pepper (1 dash) .
Step 3
Pour the egg mixture in the mason jars then sprinkle cheese in each jar.
Step 4
Place jars on a cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
Step 5
Serve hot and enjoy!
