Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Combine Paprika (2 g) , Sea Salt (5 g) , Ground Black Pepper (2 g) , McCormick® Garlic Powder (2 g) , Onion Powder (1 g) , Dried Dill Weed (as needed) , Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (as needed) , and Fresh Cilantro (as needed) in a bowl.
Step 3
Rub the seasoning on each side of the Top Round Roast (905 g) .
Step 4
Arrange the Baby Carrots (455 g) , Leeks (3) , and Button Mushrooms (455 g) in a roasting pan.
Step 5
Pour Beef Bone Broth (300 mL) over. Sprinkle with Fresh Thyme Leaves (2 g) , salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Step 6
Place seasoned roast on a roasting rack and put the rack on top of the roasting pan. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until meat is 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
Step 7
Remove from the oven, loosely cover the roast with foil and let it stand for 5 minutes. Slice and serve with vegetables. Enjoy!
