Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Put the Red Lentils (180 g) and water in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the lentils are softened, about 15 minutes.
Step 2
Cook the Cauliflower (455 g) , Frozen Mixed Vegetables (285 g) , Zucchini (3) , and diced Red Potatoes (3) in water until soft. When they’re soft, mash the vegetables well, in the liquid. Stir in the cooked lentils.
Step 3
Heat Olive Oil (5 mL) in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add the Red Onion (1) , Fresh Ginger (10 g) , Garlic (1 clove) , and Tomatoes (3) , and cook until the onions have browned and the tomatoes start to break down. About 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in the Ground Turmeric (as needed) , Pav Bhaji Masala (8 g) and Garam Masala (3 g) , cook for 30 more seconds.Add the mashed vegetables lentil mixture, Salt (8 g) , and Cayenne Pepper (as needed) . Cook on low for about 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with sprouted wheat burger buns, sloppy joe style. Enjoy!
