In a small bowl, combine the Olive Oil (120 mL) , Chili Powder (3 g) , Ground Cumin (2 g) , Brown Sugar (5 g) , Smoked Paprika (2 g) , Chipotle Chili Powder (1 g) , Onion Powder (1 g) , McCormick® Garlic Powder (2 g) , Lime (1) , Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (1) , and a good pinch of Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 2
Add Flank Steak (455 g) a ziplock bag or baking dish and pour marinade ingredients over top. Marinate at room temperature for an hour, or in the fridge for 2-24 hours, flipping the steak a few times to coat with marinade.
