Step 1
Combine the Ground Chicken (455 g) , Fresh Cilantro (as needed) , Dijon Mustard (8 g) , Ras el Hanout (3 g) , Saffron Threads (1 pinch) , Dried Onions (as needed) , and McCormick® Garlic Powder (2 g) in a large bowl and mix it all together thoroughly with clean hands. Press it into a single, even layer, then score it in half both vertically and horizontally to make four equal quarter pound portions.
Step 2
Heat an electric griddle to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) or a griddle pan over medium high heat. Form the four equal portions into patties and sear them for 5-6 minutes on each side to cook them completely.
Step 3
While they cook, toast the Hamburger Buns (4) . Butter with Salted Butter (to taste) once they're done and place a cooked chicken burger on each bottom. Top the patties with a heaping spoonful of the Roasted Red Pepper Hummus (to taste) and a small handful of Fresh Baby Spinach (to taste) . Serve them immediately with your favorite side! Serve and enjoy!
