Step 1
Pour
Unsweetened Coconut Milk (480 mL)
in a large dish.
Step 2
Add
Honey (85 g)
or some other sweetener and
Vanilla Extract (5 mL)
.
Step 3
Stir in the
Chia Seeds (80 g)
.
Step 4
Keep refrigerated for at least 2 hours, possibly overnight.
Step 5
Slice
Fresh Strawberries (75 g)
and set aside.
Step 6
Put the rest of the
Fresh Strawberries (75 g)
in a food processor and puree them.
Step 7
Add
Honey (20 g)
and mix.
Step 8
Place one layer of the chia pudding on the bottom of a glass or a jar.
Step 9
Put strawberries sliced in half on top of the first layer of the chia pudding.
Step 10
Put another layer of chia pudding and finally pour the strawberry and honey puree on top.
