Cooking Instructions
1.

2.
Keep on stirring the milk and cook till it thickens and quantity is reduced to half. Once quantity is reduced, add mashed Khoya Barfi (4 oz). Cook for another 5 minutes.
3.
Add Caster Sugar (3 Tbsp) and Green Cardamom Pod (1) as per taste and cook for 5-10 min. Allow the mixture to cool down completely.
4.
Keep the mixture in freezer till semi-solid. Churn the mixture again using a fork. Repeat this procedure 2-3 times to avoid forming ice in the kulfi. Set the kulfi mixture in kulfi mold.
5.
Keep it in freezer for 7-8 hours or overnight till Kulfi is completely set. For serving, remove from mold and garnish with Almonds (to taste).
