Cooking Instructions

Add the Black Beans (1 can), Mangoes (2), Red Bell Pepper (1), Red Onions (1/3 cup), Garlic (2 cloves), 1/4 cup of Lime Juice (2), Fresh Mint (4 Tbsp), Fresh Cilantro (4 Tbsp), Ground Cumin (1/4 tsp), Salt (to taste), Avocado (1), Jalapeño Pepper (1), and Scallions (1 bunch) to a large bowl and mix well. Mixing well is important for the flavor.
