Magical Paleo Crepes

The recipe itself is super easy and doesn’t take a lot of time. All you need is a good non- stick pan, kitchen, ingredients and a good mood to start your morning. If you are a fitness enthusiast, then you can always add some protein powder. The recipe here is just a basic paleo and gluten-free one and you can always go creative and make it with cinnamon, vanilla or whatever taste you prefer.

Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs

•

1 3/4 cups

Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

•

4 Tbsp

Tapioca Starch

•

1 tsp

Honey

or 4 tablespoon of Birch Sugar

•

1 cup

Cashew Milk

•

2 Tbsp

Coconut Butter , melted

•

1 pinch

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

Cooking Instructions

Blend Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1 3/4 cups) in a food processor.

Mix coconut, Tapioca Starch (4 Tbsp) , and Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1 pinch) together.

Add in Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (4) , Honey (1 tsp) , Cashew Milk (1 cup) , and Coconut Butter (2 Tbsp) . Whisk until well combined.

Let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes at room temperature and whisk again.

Cook the crepes on a good non-stick pan at about a medium-high temperature. For every crepe, you need only 1 teardrop of oil. Gently flip when bottom side is getting color.

Serve with your favorite topping.
