Cooking Instructions
1.
In a saucepan over low heat, add Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp) and Onion (1). Season with Simply Organic Onion Powder (1/2 tsp). Cook for 20 minutes, or until onions have softened.

Add Brown Sugar (1 tsp) and Balsamic Vinegar (1 tsp). Cook for another 10 minutes, until the onions are thick and jammy.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add Ketchup (1/2 cup), Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp), Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp), Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp), Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (1/4 tsp), Dry Mustard (1/4 tsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), and Garlic (1 clove). Bring to a simmer and then reduce the temperature slightly. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Cook Bacon (3 pieces) until it is almost crispy. Drain the excess fat and set aside.

Crack Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) into an egg poacher. Microwave for 1 minute, or until cooked through.
6.
Toast the Brioche Hamburger Buns (2). On the heel bun, place the egg, bacon, onions, Cheddar Cheese (1 slice), and Tomatoes (1 slice). Slather the barbecue sauce on top and on the other half of the bun.
7.
Serve and enjoy!
