Cooking Instructions

Add the Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp) to a coffee mug.
2.
Fill the mug about ¾ full with hot Coffee (1 cup) and stir.
3.
Gently pour in the Irish Whiskey (1.5 fl oz) and stir.
4.
Whisk the Heavy Cream (4 Tbsp) for about one minute immediately before using. You want it slightly whipped. Ever so gently, pour slightly whipped cream over a spoon onto the top of the coffee.
5.
Serve hot and drink immediately - pulling the hot whiskey coffee through the slightly whipped cream.
