Cooking Instructions

Peel Mangoes (2). Chop about 1/4 and set aside. Puree the rest.

Add mangoes, Brown Sugar (1/3 cup), Red Chili Peppers (4 Tbsp), Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp), Sun-Maid Raisins (1 Tbsp), Ground Ginger (1 tsp), and Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp) to a pot and cook on stove top until bubbling, stirring continuously for about 2 minutes.

Alternatively, heat in microwave-safe dish for 1-2 minutes, covered with a paper towel to prevent splattering.

Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks. Enjoy!
