Pure Maple Syrup

Cooking Instructions
1.
Blend Chickpeas (1 can) for 2 whole minutes in a food processor or high-powered blender.

Add Creamy Peanut Butter (1/2 cup), Pure Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp). Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.

Scoop into bowl. Add Vegan Chocolate Chips (1 cup) and serve, or press into pan and keep refrigerated for bars.

You can pair this with apples, graham cracker sticks or pretzels. This dough keeps well for quite a while in sealed container in the fridge. Enjoy!
