Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat Vegan Beef Crumbles (1 pckg) with Grapeseed Oil (as needed) for about 5 minutes in a wok or pan, stirring frequently.
2.
Add Carrots (2 cups), Broccoli Florets (2 cups), Red Cabbage (1 cup), and Scallions (4 stalks) to pan with Quinoa (4 cups).
3.
Add Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), (you can add more or less depending on preference), then mix and stir-fry for a few more minutes until the veggies have reached your desired doneness.
4.
Serve warm in large bowls and enjoy!
