Cooking Instructions
1.
Chop up the Red Potatoes (6) and steam them in a microwave oven in 2 inches of water until soft.

In a separate bowl, mix Vegan Mayonnaise (1 cup), Dry Mustard (2 tsp), Dried Dill Weed (1/4 tsp), and Greek Seasoning (2 tsp) together.
3.
Drain potatoes and rinse with cold water to cool.
4.
Mix potatoes, mayo, Golden Raisins (4 Tbsp), Small Dill Pickles (6), and Scallions (3 stalks) together and enjoy!
