A five-minute quick and super easy fresh and crisp apple broccoli salad with a sweet and spicy Korean Gochujang dressing. Perfect as a meal or as a side.
Chop the Broccoli (1 head) into bite sized pieces.

Julienne half an Apple (1/2) or slice into slivers, matchsticks size.

Author's Notes
Don’t waste! Use the broccoli stems. They have the most crunch and flavor. If they are a bit tough and waxy, you can peel the skin with a peeler.
