Cooking Instructions

Place Black Kalamata Olives in Brine (3 1/3 cups), Fresh Thyme (1 1/3 Tbsp), Balsamic Vinegar (1 tsp) and Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a blender and pulse until smooth. If you find it too thick, add more olive oil until it's to your liking.

Serve with bread, melba toast or crackers. Enjoy!

If you find the paste is too thick just add a little more olive oil & blend - until you are happy with it.
