Wash herbs well. Place
Fresh Basil (1 handful)

Fresh Parsley (1 handful)

Plain Greek Yogurt (3 Tbsp)

Avocado (1)

Lemon Juice (1 tsp)

Salt and Pepper (to taste)
in a food processor and blend until smooth and silky. You can also use a hand held blender.

Serve with Pasta, Cous Cous Salad, Chicken Salad, Roast Vegetables, Steamed Vegetables, Sweet Potato Chips etc. Enjoy!
