Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
2.
Arrange Nectarines (2), Plums (3), Fresh Strawberries (1 cup), and Pineapples (1 cup) in a baking dish.
3.
Drizzle over Honey (1 Tbsp) and sprinkle the Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp) and Ground Nutmeg (1 tsp) evenly over the fruit.
4.
Give it a gentle toss and bake for about 15 minutes, until the fruit is tender.
5.
In a bowl, mix together Greek Yogurt (3 Tbsp), Honey (1 Tbsp), and Vanilla Essence (1 tsp).
6.
Place in a jug to serve alongside the fruit bake, or wait for the fruit to cool slightly and drizzle the sauce over.
