Cooking Instructions
1.
First, cut Tofu (7 oz) into 1-1,5 cm thick slices, then cut each slice in half.
2.
Next, in a shallow bowl, stir together Breadcrumbs (as needed), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
3.
Then, place the Tofu into the bowl of the breadcrumb mixture and coat evenly on both sides.
4.
In a skillet heat Oil (as needed) over low-medium heat and pan-fry the tofu cubes until they turn golden brown on both sides.
5.
Transfer the Tofu onto a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve the Tofu warm.
Author's Notes
For extra spiciness, add paprika or dry chili powder.
