Cooking Instructions

Place in a blender Tofu (3/4 cup), Persimmons (3/4 cup), Cocoa Powder (1 2/3 Tbsp). Combine until creamy. Add the Soy Milk (as needed) a little each time until you get a creamy but thick texture.

Pour the mixture into 2 classes and either serve right away or store in your fridge for a few hours.

Leave it in the fridge overnight for a chocolate pudding texture.
