Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2.
In a baking tray, add White Rice (1 cup), Green Bell Pepper (1/4), Onion (1/2), Salt (1 tsp), Vegetable Oil (3 Tbsp), Garlic (4 cloves), Water (2 cups), and Yellow Food Coloring (1 pinch).
3.
Cover with an aluminum foil.
4.
Place in a preheated oven at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and bake for 45 minutes.
5.
Serve and enjoy!
Author's Notes
I used Basmati rice but it will also work with American long grain rice. I used yellow food colouring just to make it a bit different, but this is an optional.
