Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2.
In a bowl, mix the Bone-In Chicken Thighs (6), Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Herbes de Provence (2 Tbsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp).
3.
Add the Sweet Potatoes (1 lb) and Bell Peppers (2) to a sheet pan or baking dish. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix well.
4.
Top with the Orange (1), then top each orange slice with one piece of chicken.
5.
Bake for 45 minutes.
6.
Tent and let rest 5-10 minutes.
