‘Nduja and Black Olives Chicken Burger with Casava Chips
Whether on the BBQ or in a pan this burger has all the flavours of the South of Italy with the spicy Calabrian 'Nduja, black olives, Cacciocavalo cheese, and fresh Rosemary, but as with all my recipes the Venezuelan touch needs to be included, and in this recipe is in the form of Cumin powder, garlic, Worcester sauce, and Casava chips... This burger is absolutely delicious and sooo satisfying!

Cooking Instructions
1.
Place the Ground Chicken (1.1 lb) in a bowl and add Salt (2 tsp), Black Olives (4 Tbsp), Dried Oregano (1 tsp), Roasted Cumin Powder (1/2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp), Calabrian ’Nduja (2 Tbsp), Fresh Rosemary (2 sprigs), and Simply Organic Garlic Powder (2 tsp).

Mix all the ingredients well so everything is combined.
3.
Divide the meat in equal parts and form balls.
4.
Tap each ball as to create patties and place each one on a hot pan, grill or BBQ.
5.
Cook all the way through.
6.
When the burger is done place some slices of Cheese (to taste) on top when still in the pan and cover so the cheese melts.
7.
Serve on a Hamburger Buns (to taste) and build the burger with Tomatoes (to taste) and Lettuce (to taste). Enjoy!
