Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a small bowl, add Kellogg's All-Bran® Original (1 1/2 cups), All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Brown Sugar (2/3 cup), Baking Soda (1 tsp), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Salt (1 pinch), and Sultanas (1/2 cup). Mix together until combined.

In a jug, add Buttermilk (1 cup), Vegetable Oil (1/3 cup), Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp). Mix well.

Add wet mixture to the dry mix. Mix together until combined.
5.
Spoon the batter into the baking tray. Put in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
6.
Once done, remove from the oven. Let muffins cool before removing them from the tray. Enjoy!
