Cooking Instructions
1.
Whisk together the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1), Apple Cider Vinegar (2 Tbsp), Water (2 Tbsp), and Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp) until well combined.

In a sauce pan, heat mixture at medium heat until it thickens to a custard consistency. Stir continuously for about 6 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add the Miracle Whip (4 Tbsp) to the cooked egg mixture and refrigerate dressing until ready to use.

Fry Bacon (4 slices) at medium to medium-high heat until crispy, about 8 minutes.

Chop bacon into small pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the Fresh Baby Spinach (3 3/4 cups), Baby Bella Mushrooms (1 1/2 cups), White Onions (4 Tbsp), and bacon.
7.
Pour over the cooled sweet and sour dressing and toss until the dressing evenly coats the salad. Serve and enjoy!
