Combine Banana (1), Creamy Peanut Butter (1 Tbsp), Honey (2 Tbsp), Ice (1 cup), and Milk (1/2 cup) in a blender. Begin to blend at a low speed, working up to the highest until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
