Strawberry Jam

Powdered Confectioners Sugar

Unsalted Butter
, softened
Cooking Instructions
1.
In your mixer using the paddle attachment, add in your Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup), Raspberry Jam (4 Tbsp), Strawberry Jam (4 Tbsp) and sift in the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/2 cup).

Beat on low until everything has been dissolved then beat on high for at least 8 to 10 minutes. Scrape down the sides every 2 minutes.
3.
Using a piping bag fitted with large star tip, pipe icing on top of cupcakes. Enjoy!
Author's Notes
You can replace any jam that you like and it will be great too. I suggest you put it in the fridge for at least 30-40 minutes to let it set so that it will be easier to pipe, especially if you are living in a tropical climate.
