Cooking Instructions
1.
Soak the Buckwheat Groats (1/2 cup), Pepitas (4 Tbsp), Sunflower Seeds (4 Tbsp), and Dried Red Dates (1/2 cup) in water for 3 hours.

Place the soaked ingredients, Black Sesame Seeds (1 tsp), White Sesame Seeds (1 tsp), Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1 cup), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/4 tsp), Cacao Powder (1/2 tsp), and Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp) into a food processor and blend until a paste forms.

Press the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle with extra sesame seeds, coconut, and pumpkin seeds
5.
Bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C), for 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven, and let it cool down completely.
6.
Cut into 6 bars and enjoy!
