I opted for coconut oil to enhance the peas inherent sweetness and just a little sea salt for flavor. However, you could definitely add other seasonings to suit your taste preferences or to change things up! With 3 grams fiber and 4 grams protein, they're a great healthy snack!

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees F).
2.
Spread Frozen Green Peas (1 bag) in single layer on large baking dish and thoroughly blot with clean paper towel to remove as much moisture as possible.
3.
Add thawed and dried peas to a large bowl, then drizzle with Coconut Oil (2 tsp). Sprinkle with Sea Salt (1 tsp) and toss to coat, then spread back out in a single layer on a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
4.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
5.
Stir, then reduce temperature to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until crispy to your preference. Check every so often to make sure they don't burn.
6.
I find that you have to let them cool slightly to get the crunchiness. Enjoy!
