Cooking Instructions
1.
Pour the Mianzhu Daqu Laohao (1 fl oz) into a big cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
2.
Separate the Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) white from the yolk and add into the shaker.
3.
Add the juice from Lemon (1).
4.
Add the Ginger Liqueur (1 fl oz), Orange Bitters (to taste), and Orgeat Almond Syrup (0.8 fl oz) into the shaker.
5.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds more.
6.
Discard the ice from the sour glass. Strain and pour into the chilled sour glass and garnish with Lime (1).
