Cooking Instructions
1.
Place Fresh Spinach (14 oz), Black Garlic (1/2 head), Fresh Ginger (1 piece), Miso Paste (1 Tbsp), Cumin Seeds (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a large saucepan, add Water (1/2 cup) and bring to a simmer.

Cook with lid on low heat for about 15 minutes or until spinach is soft.
3.
Add the Almond Milk (1/2 cup), adjust with Salt (to taste) and blend into a cream.
4.
Pour the soup into a serving bowl, top with Mixed Seeds (to taste), and a drizzle of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp). Enjoy!
