“Ensaladilla Rusa” is a traditional Russian potato salad, but versions can also be found in Mongolia, Israel, Iran, and Latin America. This starter is perfect for the summer!

Cooking Instructions
1.
Boil a pot of water with some Salt (to taste). Once boiling, add the Potatoes (5) and Carrots (4). Boil for 25 minutes.
2.
After 25 minutes, add the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) and boil for 10 more minutes, then remove from the water.
3.
Chop the Imitation Crab (7 oz).
4.
Chop the boiled potatoes.
5.
Chop the boiled carrots.
6.
Chop the hardboiled eggs.
7.
In a bowl mix together the potatoes, carrots, eggs, imitation crab, Mayonnaise (2 cups), Canned Tuna (1 can), and Green Peas (to taste).
8.
Put the mix in a plate and decorate with Black Olives (to taste).
